While I am retired from Open road racing and long distance running I still participate in the 5k Park Runs, being more of a hobby and separate from my everyday fitness.

You may be thinking how can sport's training and everyday fitness mix? There will be articles posted showing you how the human body responds to minimal exercise with maximum benefits in all quadrants of exercise. 

This site will show you how to tweak your fitness, improve racing and general fitness performance and not be constantly tired. At present I am writing articles and ebooks.
